Why does it display SOLD OUT on some products?? When will they be restocked again?

All items are handmade by me (hand-sewn) and it take me 4-8 hrs to finish a pair of ears so I can only open my shop every few weeks.

Available designs and quantities, opening hours are always different so please check my instagram @shinyskyrainbows for the latest update.

 

How much for the shipping?

$5.45~ (USA), $9.99~ (Canada), $12.99~ (Europe, Asia and everywhere else)

All packages are trackable and insured (in case of lost, damaged and misdelivered)

*** For the USA Customers ***
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. (Priority Mail for a item's weight more than 15.99oz)

**** For International Customers from outside the USA ***
All International orders are sent by insured tracked Airmail which takes 10-40 BUSINESS days which depends on the country.

Please also note that it is your responsibility to be aware of and pay any and all taxes, VAT or duties that your country may charge you during delivery. We have no control over these charges.

Do you take custom or pre-orders?

With a high volume of orders, we are not taking any custom or pre-orders right now

so that we can work efficiently and equally for all our customers.

Why are you only open every few weeks?!  Why are your opening hours so inconvenient for my state/country/time zone?

Since all my products are hand-sewn by me, I can only make a pair or 2 each day so the quantity may very limited. We have many international customers so the opening hours may not be convenient for some areas but we try our best to work things out equally for all our customers both in the USA and internationally. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Sorry, We do not accept returns because of health concerns. If you are completely dissatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will work something out.
Refund/Returns/Exchanges will only be made if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if there has been an error on my part. Please read listing descriptions CAREFULLY in regards to colour, size, etc.
NO refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
